Shoreline(Black diamond) looks easier than Crazy Raven(Blue)...is it true? It's our first time going skiing at Cypress(switched from Grouse) and trying to figure out everything before we go. we are comfortable skiing at blue trails...
They are quite similar and depends on the snow. Shoreline can get quite icy, but normally is ok. Also shoreline is much shorter than Crazy Raven, so less risk. If you want, you can go down Shoreline, then continue down Panorama or Benny's which are easier than Crazy Raven, but if you find Shoreline easy, you should be able to do Crazy Raven.
@@epicpicklespunk Thank you for the tips! My child gets nervous everytime she tries a new trail but she has been totally okay for all the blue trails at Grouse! We cannot wait to go skiing at cypress!
Overall it's not too steep, there are a couple of steep patches and quite a lot of trees and bumps depending on the snow, but if u can do slash, u can probably do this

I haven't really skied properly in those two glades. Though done a lot around dark side, crator glades, and under volcano glades. All of them are pretty similar just a bit difficult to figure out where to join back onto Collins because there's a cliff. I like to cross from moons to slash downwards through the trees or go from top of slash down to the top of midway through the trees
I'd say they're pretty similar, the actual run itself of slash is a bit steeper and thinner than moons, but the track and entrance into moons is quite hard
I was at Cypress yesterday and gave up on skiing at moons cus I thought it would be harder than that! it's a pretty chill track, obviously requires some skills but at least it's not too steep! great video man
Im about to start ski lessons up here and really scared of heights, so it's been good to see what's ahead on the slopes they'll likely take us down. Thanks!!!
