As a property owner, I understood that, owners overvalue their belongings. And they think no matter the price, people will buy it. They'll only sell it to people who are wealthy. The problem is that very few people are wealthy. Most in india make rs. 25k per month. So, they (builder and owners) can't sell. And people cannot buy because they don't have money. And the cycle goes on.
Looking for a 2BHK to purchase with min 800 SQFt. Budget-30-35L at Newtown, Chinar park,Biswa bangla(if it is in very good location,might go upto 40L) Handover at 2025 or RESALE Flats is fine.
Entire Newtown Action Area 1 property is overpriced specially post covid. The prices have been appreciated by 1.5 times . On the other hand, the quality of construction is menial. You would hardly find construction of flats adorable. In the name of Newtown, they are selling adjacent properties coming under panchayat areas in around crores or 80 lacks. Think twice before purchasing. Action Area 2 and 3 are still developing or under developed.
