@@tonimisetic I've beaten several idiots like you! I bet you have never participated in a fight outside of your ridiculous choreography and your imagination!

This is an example of conditioning the limbs to give feedback on the physical intentions of an attacker. If you haven't trained this type of skill, and encounter someone who has they will eat you for breakfast. Happy training my friend.
@@Real_lyfe_kung_fu_panda In the real world no one is going to play interlocking their hands with yours! It will hit you directly. Stop believing those children's fantasies!
@@ramonalarcon1974 I've used it doing bouncer work at a bar, and I have also used it when I had someone road rage that followed me home and jumped out of their car with a machete, I had no weapons, he went to the hospital for 2 weeks in the i.c.u. and I went in and drank some guinness. You can believe whatever you like, but I know for a fact it works and until you have gone and actually trained it with someone you don't know what you're talking. Happy training my friend.
He seems so effortless, but I can see that the moves are actually difficult. I have played badminton and tennis for many years. The way he handles the pole is like the way I handle my badminton racket. But the badminton racket is so much smaller and lighter. The power of his wrists is unbelievable.
