I'm so happy Michael has regained his confidence! My pet flea has been down in the dumps lately so I'm hoping watching this will inspire my little Cecil to regain his confidence.

Fostering sounds like when you go to the foster home and you adopt a child that noone wanted or didnt have parents. Foster kids. taking care of kids that arent actually yours. Where animals are concerned i fail to understand how its fostering.
