524 means the server is blocking you from joining due to the account being made by someone under the age of 13, or it's a network issue from viewing the EA support tabs & forums. If it's the network issue, try the following after you changed the age in your account settings Restart the game, & click connect 2-3 times and it might connect to the servers Try to unplug network cable & disconnect Wi-Fi from laptop & launch the game again after it's rebooted Reboot modem & wait 3 minutes then boot the game & click connect. Start the game in offline mode & the go online, it might let you in. Also depending on your area, the servers might be having general issues, if you were able to play before that issue.
