The thing is in the US recently 2021 before they went into the military they played in LA, CA at Sofi Stadium grossing the biggest boxscore of 214,000 for 4 nights amounting to $33.3 million. That's 53,500 seats per night. Everyone enjoyed the concert completely. There was also Las Vegas where they played at the Allegiant Stadium amassing 620,000 in 4 days in person and online.

I was born in Seoul South Korean and was adopted when I was 6 to an American family. I moved up north, and that's when I found out people didn't like me because I was different. My Teacher didn't like me because I was different. i became an American citizen of the age of 12. I'm 53 years old. I have been mentally abused, and didn't tell my adopted parents. Thanks to BTS. I'm now proud to be an Asian- American.

Yes, he talk a lot in Wild Flower - his personal struggles, identity crisis, the pressure/intensity & the loneliness of his success etc. The lyrics are raw, emotional and heart wrenching that even just as a listener I empathise to him. Wild flower brought us along his roller coaster ride of his 20s (where he climbed to become the biggest band in the world, bringing near bankrupt company to billion $$ company and what it feel like being on top) - the storm, fireworks, barren land, calm flower field. Very deep and personal song. RM has been the groups spokesperson, the main face/shield of BTS and been in the industry for more than a decade - this album Indigo is the last archive of his 20s and rather than living a short lasted fame he want to glow beautify and peacefully like a wildflower. Shaun, great timing... today is what the song is all about. 😲 It's really touching. The message reminds me of my husband, and I can't sing it without tearing up. The director, Lumpens, is actually in the astronaut suit! Cool cameo 🤭 Same director who has been with BTS all these years!

Thanks for this reaction. :) Jin will enlist the military on Dec. 13, today and serve for 18 months under South Korean law, and all six other BTS members will serve in the military in order of age and will be reunited in 2025. The Astronaut is a song Jin made with Coldplay as a gift for their fans ARMY to say goodbye for a little while. If you want a little backstory about the music video, Jin is an astrounaut(or alien) from another planet who crashed on Earth. He still wanted to back to his home planet, but the little girl represents ARMY who found him and gave him a home. When he has a chance to go back to his planet, he remembers the life he has spent with the little girl on Earth, realizes how happy it was and how much he loved it, and decides to stay on Earth. He's found his home is HERE. Please, watch The Astronaut's live performance. After watching the music video, it'll be very touching to whatch Coldplay and Jin's live performance in Argentina. :) Oh, before you watch the live performance, I hope you also watch Chris Martin's touching introduction to Jin. :) This song reminds me Jin's speech in 2018 MAMA. Jin said in his acceptance speech at the 2018 MAMA that BTS suddenly became famous worldwide and had a hard time for a year due to great pressure and fear. They even thought about disbanding. However, after a year of talking and contemplating with the members, they decided to stay in the industry only for the fans and members. They stayed for ARMY even though they had a chance to return to their normal lives. And at the last October's concert in Busan, SUGA told ARMY to grow old together because they will make music for another 20 or 30 years. BTS' love for ARMY is very deep, and they always show their love through their music. The Astrounaut is one such song. Oh btw, Jin's neck in the music video at 3:50 says "ARMY" in Braille and the crossword puzzle (the black squares) means "FOR ARMY" in Braille. 😭
This is jins goodbye song to Army and Bts . The little girl about 10, how long we've been together with him,her purple bicycle her purple helmet,his crossword said family armyetc..so much in this it's hard to say it' all. but truly you need to watch the live version of the Coldplay concert in Argentina with Chris Martin giving the speech about it and jins doing it live, he flew to Argentina to do this last song for us all. It's the most beautiful loving speech and the entire song together you feel the love so much.please do watch it. I have a hard time with this because I always shed tears knowing jin is leaving us for the militar,, but Army will wait for him and pray for him.
Good to see you back Shaun. Hope you are well and life is good for you. This song is beautiful but so sad too because our boys have earned their fame, but lost so much in the process. The simple pleasures in life that we take for granted are just not possible for them. They have to plan in advance to do even the most basic of things because no matter where or what they are doing there's a media circus and hoards of people watching and talking about them. I am hoping after military service it calms a little and they get some of their privacy back. I had the same reaction to You Jeen as you. Her voice is amazing and works so very wonderfully with Joons deeper voice.
My dog recently passed away after almost 16 years. I have been sad, but it brought me back to BTS because I can always count on the Army to bring my spirits up!
