Idk I live next to this guy apparently the dude who lived there was an illegal immigrant and owned a bunch of pizza chains or something and he was paying some other did to pay the house for him so it was not in his name and eventually he was caught and deported and that is why it is for sale pretty sure
@@PunjabiBall3r Yes you are right. I went to school with the owner's grandson. They owned a very big tech company which then they sold. But sadly the grandpa passed away. So the grandma was the only one living in that house. So they decided to sell that house.
