One of the World War II bomber pilots who trained at Goodfellow was Gene Roddenberry, creator of the Star Trek media franchise. In 1941, Roddenberry joined the United States Army Air Corps, which in the same year became the United States Army Air Forces. He began training at Goodfellow Field (now Goodfellow Air Force Base) in San Angelo with other Civilian Pilot Training alums and graduated as a second lieutenant in September 1942, Class G.
I was wondering how he gets by saying its a transaction fee under the Florida contract. I work with Coldwell, they have transactions fee for buy/sell. But they dont have a form a space to charge a transaction fee. I would then need to add the additional $300 in the tenant agreement form where brokers compensation is 1/2 month + $300. I would still need to break a split from the $300 as well with the broker. How does this work.

You can also use the airport there for charter flights to San Antonio and from there you can fly almost to any major airline hub in the U.S. from there. San Angelo State has a lot of outreach programs to the community. There are also a wide variety of churches in the area. They will have both youth and adult activities. Most of the amenities that the host mentioned have been added within the last 30 years. That would hold true for most small town in the U.S. In the 70's, San Angelo was a "big" small town. We knew that because it not only had a Sonic, but a Dairy Queen as well!

NC is also a beautiful state with Corolla's wild horses, the outer banks, Shackelford banks, the swag, Brunswick isl. beaches, Great Smoky Mountains where our friend ended up re-building his cabin log and living there since Covid19, Ashville's River Art Dist., and more. Yes, having a lake in the backyard bring lots of birds and other critters. Ours flow well and have mosquitoes but not as bad as our experiences in Corpus C. & Port A. We have enjoyed traveling along the East Coast, but we are now ready to come back home to Texas. Thinking of moving to San Angelo next Spring or Summer.
