While it does say don't use a hub, I've had to plug mine in to a powered hub due to only 2 ports on my PC, so a lot has to go into the hub. However, it so far seems to be working fine. Just bear in mind that it is a powered hub, it might be they neglected to say 'unpowered' but who knows.
Mine came yesterday, started a new profile in the games to use it and so far couldn't be happier, what I will add, is to those that like me are used to car wheels, you will have a learning curve; driving a truck with this is so different. As Joey said, you need to turn more so go slower.
I can't wait to my delivery from this amazing wheel it's going to be delivered by end of October to me. Thanks for that rewiev I am so happy when I get it and can play
Have you ever driven a direct drive wheel? Asking to see how much merit you have saying it feels like a direct drive wheel. Moza R5 setup with a teuckimg whwwl is 1x more expensive and am wondering how mich worse this feels to that. Thank you for the video.
@@Obalcan a friend of mine has the full moza setup and i tried it, the moza is miles ahead but the way the Hori feels silent and smooth was what i was talking about.. I will pick the Moza over this but will pick the Hori over the G29. Thanks for the support as well
@@audunsaether what wheel are you using?? have you enabled the force feed back in the control settings? Setting > Controls > force feedback . Turn up the overall gain 100, centring at high speed to 100 and adjust it accordingly to your wheel strength..
@@1ChicoB I am using the truck wheel. Yes, FFB is on, overall gain 100, centering at high speed to 100 and low speed to around 50.But the wheels is light as a feather at all speeds. When I exit the game the ffb comes back..
@@1ChicoB Set the overall gain to 200 and adjusted internal friction and centering. It made a difference yes, but not as much as I excepted. But made it more playable :)
I can’t find it in stock anywhere in Canada. Could you confirm where you got it and the cost? I figure $799 CDN as it’s listing as 599 USD. Good review Joey! Apologies if my questions were already answered. I’m commenting before the video is over before I forget lol
@@SoleEpiphany Yeah i pre ordered mine from Amazon ca. Everything including early delivery and taxes was CAD 945. The delivery got delayed by 4 day so i think they are trying to get all the pre orders done before. They might be out of stock but definitely when all the pre orders are done you can buy it from Amazon ca. If not you have to buy it from the official website at horiusa but the delivery will be very expensive since it will be international shipping. I appreciate the support alot
Hello from Germany. Your Videos are really good and I hope you will get some more Views in the future. But there is one unclear point. Is 1800 degrees the maximum totality rotation of the wheel from right to left or can you turn it 1800 degrees from the middle?
Thanks for the video the software is simple but offers everything you need i only miss a very rarely needed function “report combined pedals” i prefer a simple stable software than a big one that often does not do what it should as it is sometimes the case with Logitech Thanks again for making this video I will recommend it to others Best regards from Germany
hey thanks for the review , watching the gameplay it seems like the indicator does not auto turn off and you have to do it manually ? is this your setting or is that how it is ?
@@craigitofm1576 It auto cancels in the game when you make a full turn but on a simple change of lane you would have to push the indicator knub on the wheel again to turn off.
@@1ChicoB Gladly abo you have earned vllt would be a video about the software very interesting there is no video yet but is certainly very helpful for people who want to buy it
