Been a long time fan, and as always, amazing event! You people have set the standard for the sport of slapfight, and in my eyes home the real champs of the sport. Not the first to say it, but I really disliked Tim's stance. Maybe it's time to set up a rule to prevent shoulder positioning like that. Compared to many (maybe all) other organisations, you guys value fairness. So I've got no doubt you'll make it work
I'm so happy for Tim. The shoulder defense should be illegal, BUT it isn't, and in that case...its fair game, and Tim used the shoulder defense perfectly, and it just won him the title. He more than likely would have won regardless of the shoulder defense, but no matter what, it was a great match.
That first hit rocked him! Poor guy couldn’t hone in on his slaps after that. But…. Knowing him he will come back with a vengeance! Let’s get a rematch soon
Yeah that was a let down…why was he allowed to turtle up like that? Can’t say it wouldn’t have changed the outcome but come on, what’s fair about what Tim did?
Unlike the other Slap knockoff, here they show respect to each other and not yell the F word every couple seconds. Here they also don't act like immature animals.
Gotta snap those hips on the come around, these slappers lack momentum and power. Watch how boxers throw hooks and it'll double the power. Not saying they're hitting weak at all, but they can definitely get more power out of it. Still would rather get punched than slapped by one of these guys haha
The slappers are not allowed to move or rotate their feet when they slap, because we cannot ever allow them to have as much power as a boxer, when they are undefended.
