I think moving forward, MK should drop fatalities for brutalities. Characters like Havik and Reiko going bald, characters getting forced into one body type, fatalities are doing a lot of harm. Brutalities are more fun to actually pull off, we can get a lot more of them, and theres a lot more freedom, masks dont need to disappear, and tbh could be a lot easier to censor for tourney, parental, personal, and government purposes. I think its just the smart way to go

The viewership for this game is poor and the tournament scene is continuing to decline. No cosmetic is saving this game, no character is saving this game. Mechanically, this game is bad. You can polish a turd, it's still a piece of shit. This whole conversation is nothing but casual talk. There is nothing about the actual game here, which is where the problems are.

Game needs a serious balance patch. Some characters/kameos are unplayable at a high level. Look at characters like Kenshi, Ashrah, Sindel, Johnny, etc. compared to Sub Zero or Scorpion. It's like the bottom tiers aren't even playing the same game.
