What if you want to attach it as a head to a body when sewing a plushie? Would you leave a bigger opening in the bottom so you can sew it when inside out? I’m having a really hard time making a plush.
🤔I would attach the head onto the body before stuffing them both. And leave an opening to the size you like when you completely attach both head and body together. Then flip the sewn part inside then start stuffing it. Once finished hem/sealed the opening to complete it.
as someone who just finished drying a large batch of catnip and needed something to do with it, thank you. I will now go back to making the catnip ball update: it's his favourite toy and I got a really cool slow-mo of him pouncing on it
I just got this machine. I have it threaded, but haven't actually tried it yet. The advice about setting it at number 2 is very helpful, I will try that, first. My question is, can you embroider the edge of fabric, say, the edge of a shirt, fancy buttonholes (I downloaded the design and put it on a thumb drive)? In other words, the fabric will not be fully held by the hoop, because you are embroidering close enough to the edge. Hope that makes sense!:-) TIA for any advice on this.
Yes, I never forced it. I was holding the other end to go straight. Video look like I was pulling I wasn’t. It was speed up. Thanks, sorry for late comment. I don’t check much nowadays.
I decided I wanted to try embroidery on some of my projects. I use a Janome with minimal embroidery stitches and tiny lettering. So I am trying out this Brother PE535. This video was SO helpful. I have not used an embroidery machine before and the instruction book is somewhat TOO detailed to get from point A to point B. Your video got me up and running. Thanks so much.
