The assistant referee immediately flagged it for a foul. Center ref let it go but called it after he saw the assistant with the flag raised. That was the first stoppage to then go back and check the handball against StL, which was ultimately not given.
@@BobLucier where was the handball they were checking? If it wasn't in our box I don't understand why they wouldn't just disallow the goal on the grounds of the foul the linesman called and move on
