I used to purchase their scuba sweatshirts and sweatpants. But now I won’t bother. They changed the fabric and it’s thinner and cheap. Not like the plush fabric used before. They took the back vent out of their define jacket and changed the thumb holes. Yet the price is still expensive. I’ve moved on to other brands to get the quality I’m looking for.
I enjoyed this video and it gave me some ideas. One is setting monthly goals instead of yearly. I do plan to read the Bible in a year. I have done this a couple of times years ago so I know it’s obtainable. I think I am going to try that 5k daily steps although I’m a couple of days behind. I do want to drink more water and get into better shape. Everyone says I’m small but being small doesn’t mean you’re in shape. I want to read two novels a month and I want to crochet at least twice a week. I’m also on a savings journey. 🤎
My birks footbeds are way darker and they stink so bad . I asked my partner if she could do a smell test, after I’d had them on for gym, and she took a big whiff and I saw her wretch and she said my birks smell of strong mouldy cheese 😂😂🤢
From my experience it’s hard to pre-train on systems without knowing the one that a company you want to work for, uses. But looking up common systems and knowing their functions is a good start, understanding LinkedIn well is good as well! Getting started on recruitment will depend on what industry/ company you want to work for, but look up job descriptions that are what you want to do and look for skills you have and then how you can explain how you’ll learn the skills you don’t have! Apply and jump right in!
Because I used to work for the company for almost 5 years so I know quite a bit about the product and fabric! Of course things change and I’ve been gone for a year, so some of my comments are purely just my opinion/ thoughts, others are based on the fact that I own or at some point owned/ interacted with a lot of the stuff :)

These companies should be required to give the same 2 week notice they see as a "respectful departure," when an employee is planning to move on to a new job. They have MANY reasons for why THEY need a 2 week notice, but take none of those same (planning ahead) reasons into consideration for the employee they are abruptly getting rid of. Most companies behave like a narcissist.
Definitely agree with you about price increases in some places also their Black Friday sales could be alot better for instance Alo yoga has the sale across the whole site not just ‘low value’ items x

Hi, I agree that everything is becoming cropped, less material and same price, try to make more money. I bought the wunder puff jacket last year, but ended up returing becuase it does not cover my butt. It's really cold in the winter and I think ppl would like to cover their hips? It is so obvious that Lulu is cutting corners. Another example is the EBB. They now have a extended strap without the buckle that they used to. Or some of the joggers used to have a mesh pocket but now it's just a regular pocket. Since I do not have employee discount like you do, I really pick and choose their items. I love your honest reveiws 😄

Totally hear you on the crazy pricing lately. Did you notice though the super cropped black vest is 198.00 but the other colors are 178.00. I purchased the sonic pink when it went on we made to much and paid 104.00- it is much warmer then I thought it would be because of the super cropped. Not a fan of the new pictures- throws me off. And I feel like the TikTok trend that pushes lululemon sales- is going to their head, hence the price increase and the fashion photos. And lastly- yes I’ve noticed they changed the models, which is very disappointing. But we are going back to the success in sales is going to their head and not thinking about the customer anymore. Which is sad because I do love lululemon, and have been purchasing for over 35 years.
All great points!! And it’s true, the more they successfully make money this way, the less they need to care about their shoppers. Hopefully people keep commenting on these issues and they make some changes!

I like the change (in terms of the types of items that are available) because I am always looking for comfortable work clothes. What I don't like is that they are all black pieces! GIVE ME SOME COLOUR! That A-line skirt in red merlot would be beautiful.

I worked for a wireless company in tech and recently got laid off. I just applied to work for Lululemon! How ironic. I am sorry. I get it and now I have to shift my focus on a different career.

Omg I have a group interview I’m so nervous because I’ve never done one before…like I’ve never been on an interview with other candidates…I’ve been interviewed by 2 people at once but I’ve never had to be interviewed with basically my other competitors for the same job

I just got those stretch woven wide leg pants and I love them! I was on the fence about buying it when I first saw it in store and then it went out of stock! It came back recently tho so I snagged it bc I agree that the long length is just too long and I’m 5’6 😅
