Why all the big cooks say... Add oil, get the pan really hot? I'm a bigger at doing stake but I'm confused. I tried the oil option and is so messy but way juicer the yours. I'll try your option and see what happens. Also only 2 minutes each side at 65c. That's it?
Oil in the pan is a great option but massively stinks up the house. With this option you are effectively cooking the steak in the oven and you use the pan just for the sear ok both sides to get that lovely crunch! Try and let me know what you think!

they are my little helpers and teaches them to appreciate food! KA is great also to make home made pasta, cakes etc...it is expensive but if you can afford it why not!
