Hotel Valencia is the worst hotel I have stayed in. We travel regularly and have stayed at over 100 hotels throughout Asia and Europe. Nothing could prepare me for the level of arrogance and contempt this hotel showed my wife and I. The rooms were filthy. Air conditioning was set by them at a ridiculously high level. We had to use wet towels. The pool was nothing like the photos. To top things off the car park is for small cars and having spent an hour getting in and out they have the audacity to charge 18 Euro. We didn't end up parking in the parking space! I woudl encourage you to do some research before selecting this Hotel. There's a lot of other reviews with similar comments.

I stayed at this very hotel last year with my aunt, grandmother, and cousin. It was a very nice hotel with a very nice staff. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good too. It had been a dream of mine to go to Europe since I was young, and it was a dream come true.

Lamentablemente, me encuentro de baja médica debido a un accidente que sospecho fue provocado intencionalmente. Sin embargo, este no es el único problema al que me he enfrentado en la empresa Vincci hoteles. En repetidas ocasiones, he denunciado acciones de índole racista y discriminatoria dirigidas hacia los trabajadores negros en nuestro hotel entre ellos yo . Además, algunos de compañeros han confesado colaborar con este entramado racista para silenciarme debido a mi activismo en defensa de los derechos humanos de los migrantes africanos y contra el racismo policial, los malos tratos y el lawfare al que soy víctima por parte de agentes de la Policía Autónoma Vasca en Bilbao. Como trabajador, tengo derecho a recibir mi salario de manera justa y oportuna. Por lo tanto, solicito que la cadena Vincci hoteles me pague el sueldo correspondiente a mi contrato de trabajo. Además, insto a la empresa a que adopte una política interna que condene el racismo y la discriminación en todas sus formas. Es inaceptable que los dueños ricos y blancos de la empresa puedan abusar impunemente de migrantes negros africanos, al igual que algunos políticos y la policía vasca y en total impunidad . Este comportamiento arrogante y supremacista va en contra de los valores que tanto España como la Unión Europea defienden. Las personas que se han alojado en nuestro hotel recordarán mi trato gentil y afable, siempre cercano al cliente. Por ello, confío en la sensibilidad y la moral de quienes lean este mensaje para exigir que Vincci hoteles pague mi sueldo y que no siga abusando. Very optimistic design, really clean, has got room automation, nice place,center of city. 80 euros at 2024. Good foods. Successful. I like hotel. I can prefer forever. Suitable for family. The climation fan has a little high noise. My point is 8 over 10.
I booked two hotel rooms in Edinburgh and noticed immediately the check in date was supposed to be the checkout date. I contacted the hotel and was basically told “too bad.” They didn’t offer to change the dates nor did they offer to give me a refund so I spent £405 because the booking service date was incorrect. I understand they have a no refund policy - but the fact a date change wasn’t explored is frustrating. I understand the hotel may not have options for changing dates, but it’s a bit ridiculous they didn’t even check to see if they could change the dates and offer me other rooms during that time. Response to Ibis 24/01/2023: Your reply is not true. I can still, today - 3 days before my trip, book rooms for the dates needed at the same hotel in Edinburgh. I cannot book two rooms with double beds for the dates needed, but I can book two rooms with two single beds via your website and hotels.com. When I asked about moving my rooms to these dates, stating two single beds instead of one double bed was fine, I was told its not possible to make changes. I contacted you on 21/01/2024 and these images show you did have availability for two rooms with two single beds, and the agent offered to book these for me provided I pay an additional 400GBP. I offered to pay the difference in cost if the rooms were more expensive, but was told that id need to pay the full price for the rooms. Essentially, you are keeping the money I paid because of a simple error.
Alert...location is surrounded with looters or homeless after 6 pm...some staffs needs workshop..I am recommending not to stay...for your security and your valuable asset..thank you..
good morning besides parking talki to guests is not necesary in the curilum but other stays onger otions as regrded in bank money required on the smile costs for hotel friendly ness what do u say for your required early talk if u can stay longer on your side i the gusts cant pay but the card is available at hand ..via ios its my buisness they are in my hotel now..
