So basically still not a solution to having a typical popup Live Chat button on an Etsy store itself short of sharing a URL and having the customer need to copy, paste, and leave the site to communicate. Sucks... Wish Etsy or someone would create this feature. Thanks for the alternative though.

Careful with these guys. We had an account with them, we've closed down the website and now they won't allow us to close the account. Ironically their 'chat bot' just ignores my requests.

Just one doubt, hope you can help me: Considering the example of an “IT Consulting company”; how do you include in the MRR metric the earnings of “it projects” (software and applications developments, etc) that have a duration of 3, 7 or 24 months?? I mean, I could divide the “Total Contract Value (TCV)” between 12, but after 7 months, when the project had been finished and total payments had been done, I would have to register a “Churn”, but this would be incorrect! I would have only taken into account 58% of income (7 months out of 12)… the other option is to divide the TCV between 12 and register the Customer Churn 5 moths later t 5 months after the actual departure date, but this would make an unreal MRR metric… I really hope you could help me!

Hi! Right now, you can show ArtiBot when you're unavailable in Pure Chat. Later on, the hope is there will be a full integration where you can be using ArtiBot and then hand it off to Pure Chat operators.
