I bought this device and find that the ptt button doesn't work on the Zello app. Also I can't add a card to Google wallet as it gives the error message that the phone doesn't meet the security criteria. This is the last time I will buy Hytera equipment. I should stick to Motorola. A bit more expensive but far more reliable.

The PNC560 does not support Zello as the device is not a standalone product but a part of the Hytera HyTalk solution which has a dedicated PoC software called HyTalk. This software enables ptt talk from the ptt button and tons of other features. And for the Google wallet issue please consult your Hytera reseller.
