I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American and male. Sonics and Blazers fan. I am a TOTAL Sigma Male, and proud of it! One way that I can equate Sigma Males with SPORTS, and even make analogies to real life (like a Sigma Male being on a bargaining unit for a Union): Hakeem Olajuwon and Shaquille O'Neal will block your shots, because of their sheer athleticism and size. Now, think about Larry Bird and Chris Mullin: Neither are great one-on-one defenders, and they can't jump high, and aren't quick. BUT, what Bird and Mullen DO know, are the strengths and weaknesses of their opponents. They will ANTICIPATE when their man is at the top of his jump, and THEN they will take that split moment, to block their opponent's shots. Like Bird and Mullin, Sigma Males won't overpower people with physical skills, or with a loud voice or cursing or speaking in a rough voice. We Sigma Males use our BRAINS. We observe and learn about the tendences of others, and use that to our advantage.

Struggle are like challenges, sigma male must recognize as not as stagnation problem, but not put our mindset on park. But put gear mode on Drive , negative feedback is part of life . a sigma, when flirting, seeks physical contact through simple touching and then kissing. Kissing is the most tender, loving thing and you learn everything about the other person. Well, we Sigma actually rarely do that. Why? We have goals and tasks and are passive. We make ourselves attractive. An attractive man is approached by several women on his own or the women repeatedly seek his proximity. In principle it is like this: I see myself as a great blessing for every woman and I know my worth and I expect that people will fight for me and woo me. I know that every woman is happy with me. How do I know you care about me? By making an effort. I won't be interested if you don't make a serious effort. How, there are many ways. I know that women get together and come in groups of three or more. That's what I've known since kindergarten, elementary school and high school and later. Women unite to get me and I like it when women kiss, talk, it just increases happiness when you are happy together.
I don't know why sigmas are always referred to as dangerous. Maybe if you just can't stand to see people go their own way and you feel like you just have to control everyone. Then you might be in for a surprise, a surprise you deserve.

3 is kinda off - no one has total control over their future. Even if you make your own choices, you're not the only input going into that future. You can choose what path you want to walk and when/if to switch paths, but there's always other forces/energy/people putting inputs in how that path flows.

I agree with the previous comment about extroverted behaviors. My MBTI test came out as an INTJ. That was when I was a teenager. It's still the same. The I is for introverted. From researching this type of personality and talking to a couple of my friends who are psychiatrists, that o might be a Sigma male. I really don't care. But a lot of these points that are being spoken about do ring true to my personality type. And there's a direct correlation to INTJ's and Sigmas.
