I haven't been able to login for probably at least a year now. I thought I'd give it another go today. I got right through to the part where it is connecting to the dongle, only to have it come up saying login failed. It looks like the connection to the dongle keeps dropping out so not sure if this is the problem? I really need help with this though and even though I have tried to email with my concerns, I must be emailing the incorrect email address as I never receive replies.
@@SungrowTraining So not the SH5.0RS, SH5.0RT and SH10-RT. You may want to reword your video as that means Not supplied with any of the Sungrow Hybrid inverters in WA. Very misleading for clients seeing this video and WA installers trying to tell clients its an extra cost and not supplied by Sungrow.
I am getting error when connecting to Wifi as "Failed to set password. Please try again." Wifi is working fine for every other 2.4GHz supported devices. I tried to reset the module by unplugging and plugging back again. Tried to upgrade the firmware as well. But no luck. Same error every time. Any solutions please?
@@whatevergoeswithme I’ll try that. Last time I tried it didn’t work. Only thing worked was to create a new wifi network. And you are right. It is indeed a Crappy product.
Hi, Please put your dongle/communication module serial number (S/N) starts with letter B followed by few numbers as the password for SG connection. Thank you
