The real character who took a lot of moves from another character is Luke, Luke has a lot of Seans moves like the head butt the dp even his level 3 is Sean's command grab his standing heavy etc

Akuma has been stealing a lot from Takuma from SNK now capcom has moved him on to Tekken.

Nah akuma had it first because he showed up in February of 94 while tekken showed up September of that same year and besides it’s a damn easy fighting move to do for most fighting game characters
