i have one that belonged to my father and one day i was in his garage and saw by the side Galaxie 500 and i had bought a record from a band and thought "where did they get this name ?" that´s when i looked to the giant coupé and thought AH!!!
Original owner of #3960. I put 100,000 miles on its 30th birthday on 6/2/23. 3960 is pretty much original(still have stock exhaust on it). I have raced and tracked it 8 times.
5/12/24 I own and drive a black Cherry 1990 base model Eagle Talon with only 18,750 miles on it and purchased it new in 1990, I now use it as my Summer driver, as you can see it been pretty much a garage queen since owning it. The base model did not have a sun roof, no electric windows, no air conditioning, no fog lights, or lower car body molding, no rear window wiper. The car was ahead of its time and price very reasonable compared to other brands at it time. It hard to believe mine is 34 years old and still looking so good and running great.
@@hunter371 I think I paid between $12,000-$13,000 in 1990 for Eagle Talon base model, I had traded a Pontiac Sunbird hatchback for the 1990 eagle Talon.
