My son served 4 yrs as a Marine. I'm so very proud. Lance Corporal. I'm also very grateful he came home. Even though he is messed up physically......and emotionally, I'm sure......but he won't share those thoughts with me. I understand. Being on disability now at a very young age. I built him his own cabin on the family property. He lives peacefully. It's quiet here. I can see his place from my back porch. I'm always his father. Will always look after him. I'm also very very thankful that Marines never showed up on my door step early in the morning. Lights go on in my cabin at 3am every day. The world has gone to shit since this video was released. It's 2024 now. Once a marine.......ALWAYS A MARINE! I KNOW deep in my sole there is a reason he is here with me. If your reading this..........then you know where I'm going. Those skills he has are invaluable. Thank God for MARINES

My uncle was killed in Vietnam War in 67 the military men who accompanied his remains to Virginia stayed to funeral was over and they have been coming every year since to hunt and fish and holidays unbelievable friends and men
He was good friends with Alec Guiness and on the day he bought the Porche Spider he drove it to a bar where Alec was having a meal. Took Alec out to see it and Alec said ' if you get in that car you will die' A week later he was dead.

This was an enlightening mini-documentary. James Dean had so much more to give the world by his emmense talent. Gone way too soon. One can only imagine how far he would have gone in Hollywood.

That is blasphemy. You are placing James Dean as an idol equal to God. God is a Spirit of perfect holiness. Jesus Christ is God in the flesh come to suffer and die for our sins. The Holy Spirit is God in the Spirit. James Dean is a human being and a creation of God. YOU are a human being and a creation of God.

This was an amazing interview which sheds light on how nice James's aunt and uncle were. Stock's stated the best pics came from Indiana, I would agree. For me, it showcases the importance of family and the realization of how precious life is and to enjoy it to its fullest.

My older brother, Don Wells US Army Vet 67-69, had survived Vietnam, or so I thought. I knew I loved him, but I didn't know how much until he left us on June 1st 2023 because of agent orange. I saw him going down hill so fast those last couple of months. I know it rains on the just and the unjust, but I'll miss him, until I see him in Heaven.

watch a lot of these stories of dead military personal coming home for the last time. It just breaks my heart. How these families know that it possible that a love one can be killed in action. but are still are never ready for the reality of them coming home. My prayers go out to all the Gold Star family member. When my daughter was in Baghdad closing down our present there. I was never scared the most when she was the last to leave. Myself being a retired Air Force. I know what can happen. I thank god she made it home. That is why I pray for all our military personal come home safe and the ones who don't. pray for their family to give them strength that they make through this sad and hard time in their life. RIP to our military personal we have lost. God protect them.
To the Marine who stood watch over the grieving wife I salute you for your compassion to his wife and to your comrade as a marine, the fallen marine knows you kept watch over his wife and baby and he salutes you from the highest regards. This and any other service brother and sister who lost their life, I salute you all in the name of our heavenly father Jesus Christ 🙏 It breaks my 💔 to see any family go thru this, but just know they are with God now and is looking down on their family and keeping them safe. I hope the baby is born healthy and happy, so deserved to the family
It's wonderful how, right up to the moment of burial, a departed marine is accompanied 24/7 by members of the USMC Honor Guard just so they're not alone.
