His lastname is German (most germans who came to the US were Catholics, specially those who settled on the northeast). Also, he has dark curly hair and brown eyes, and again being from New Jersey, it is very likely he is half-italian (a massive Catholic ethnicity). About the innuendos on that scene, he is the one who introduces Mrs Cooper to the Catholic Church and corrects her about the terms she uses to reference those who have faith on that religion. Also, Penny asks Leonard "They have wine here, don't they?", in a way that shows Leonard has intimacy with the Catholic tradition. And at the end, Leonard is the only one who appears to be minimally comfortable while praying in a Catholic Church, showing that he might have done that before while growing up. We know that Wolowitz is Jewish, Raj is a Hindu and Sheldon is Baptist. We can only assume Penny is protestant (probably Methodist or Lutheran) and Leonard is Catholic.

I think if Leonard found religion it be outside the home cause I think Leonard's mom is a staunch athesit due to the conversatition she has with Sheldon's mom

It’s a shame Leonard never placed a wager against Sheldon about the Roommate Agreement. The wager being that Sheldon has to go a week without Leonard or any of his friends help to accomplish any simple activity. If Sheldon wins, they fully instate the Roommate Agreement and Leonard has to admit the importance and necessity of the Roommate Agreement. If Leonard wins, the Roommate Agreement gets thrown out and Sheldon has to admit that he’s too stupid to do even the simplest of tasks all by himself.
the problem is that sheldon is too SPOILED, he always acted like that because his parents NEVER PUT LIMITS ON HIM, besides alex is right sheldon have dependency on them because he's inmature maybe an adult in some aspects but emotionally he's a 10 years old child,sheldon always acted like that thanks to his parents who always let him get his way thats why he acts like a complete jerk, SHELDON IS A PARASITE who deserved a lot of beatings
