The download time does not indicate if someone has used the phone already. The indicator as to if someone used the phone or not is if the promotion page pops up. If it does, no one has used it, if it does not, then someone has
I went to best buy i downloaded fortnite played 5 games and got killed and than i sighed out i still dont have the skin it has been 24 hours and the galaxy pop up that shows that no one has claimed it yet, should i wait, idk what to do can someone help me. You should have downloaded it from the Galaxy Apps in order to 100% gurantee the skin, but I heard it MAY work if you downloaded from the site as well. If you can redo it, I WOULD, but you can still wait it out and see. You still have another 24 hours to wait so I would highly recommend you stay patient and wait out the rest of the 24 hours. Now if 24 hours passes by and you still have not received the skin, follow the steps from 9:11 to 10:52 in order to ENSURE you get the skin. But still, the only way I can gurantee you will receive the skin is if you downloaded the game from Galaxy Apps, so this still may not work, but it still can. Like I said, wait 24 more hours, if you receive the skin, great, if you do not then follow the steps from 9:11 - 10:52 , and if you still do not receive the skin after that, then you might need to redo it by downloading the game from Galaxy Apps. But if you get it then great! But remember, this method is only guranteed 100% if you download the game from the GALAXY APPS. Keep me updated after the 24 hours are up! Go to 4:38 in the video, I clearly explain what Galaxy Apps is, but in essence its like the Apple store for IPhone users. It is on the phone already, just search Galaxy Apps on the phones search function and you should have found it if you didnt find it already just by looking. Hope this helps
I personally used, and would still have used (if I were you) the Galaxy Apps application in order to install and download fortnite. That is how you gurantee the skin. I do not know if it is guranteed to work if you download the game from the Epic Games site, but I heard it works either way, regardless if you pressed samsung or epic when you downloaded fortnite. Hope this helps. But remember, Galaxy Apps is where you should be downloading fortnite in order to ensure you get the skin 100% guranteed. Keep me updated!
Pressing leave match will not, I REPEAT, WILL NOT get you the skin! You have to get eliminated/jump in the water in 3/4 or 5 games and press return to the lobby. That is the ONLY way you will get the skin. Dying and RETURNING TO LOBBY. Leaving the match does not save or count towards your progress and therefore means any game(s) you played where you "Left match," will not count towards the Galaxy Skin Promotion. Sorry bud, but you have to do it properly in order to get the skin, any other way will not work. Keep me updated my man!
