Wonder if you'd consider MJ's "Moonwalker" music video movie? Also, Janet's RN1814 movie? Some great scenes, visuals, and of course, the music!! Have a blessed day!
Actually tlc did a remix for Creep and Lisa Raps on it. She didn’t agree with the message and she didn’t want Andre to think she was cheating so she didnt submit a verse
Jermaine helped her get out of her contract with Virgin they were trying to lock her in, he was the VP of the hip hop side of Virgin so he produced her album more than Jimmy and Terry the songs we all like the most were produced by Jimmy and Terry
Please react to left eyes album supernova.. I also have more songs like caught in this world which was supposed to be on this album and my secret enemy
Go listen to Janet's: son of a gun remix produced by Diddy Go deep remix produced by timbaland Anytime anyplace remix produced by r.kelly 70s love groove So many more!
I feel like all these reaction channels be sleepin on Queen Janet. So thank you for this deep dive. Night, Black Eagle, and Dream Maker/Euphoria get MAD spins round here STILL
The great forever is my favorite song of the album. Her tone on the song sounds so similar to Micheal and my favorite part toward the end she says LUTFA.. meaning leave us the fuck alone.. After you fall had me in the biggest chokehold!!
@thechanelissue but congratulations on your 300+ subs girl, with your immaculate reactions you deserve many more 💖 ill be nearby to watch your future reactions coz it's a vibe being over here fr fr ❤️🫶
Janet definitely needs to give us some new music. this album was 2015. who is she now? what is her sound? has motherhood and marriage changed her? i wouldn't be mad if she reverted back to Rhythm Nation Janet in sound and style. that is my favorite era from her.
"Gonna Be Alright", "Broken Hearts Heal" and "Well Traveled" are my favorite songs. "Gonna Be Alright" gives me Sly and the Family Stone vibes. I think this album had her best vocal moments. I'm still waiting for Janet's twelfth album Black Diamond. She had us all excited for that album. She gave us "Made For Now" and even a snippet of a new song called "Luv I Luv" at the end of her documentary.
"Take Our Time" is my S***!!!! Should've been a single, and one of the few times Chilli sang lead. Left Eye should've been on all of the albums more (she should've been on Case Of The Fake People). During this era she had legal trouble, but with every project she submitted songs that featured her but they were denied. But she was featured more on the remixes. Did you know that there are 3 versions of the "Creep" video? The pajama version that we know of is actually the last video of the 3.
Another great review! I really dig your enthusiasm for The Empress of Pop's music! There's a full version of "Promise Of You" that was on the Target exclusive version and also, my favorite song off this album, was also on the Target version and its called "Love U 4 Life" check it out. That song ends way too early, but it has such a funky 70's vibe that I like a lot! Lastly, will you do a review of Janet's first two albums? Her self titled debut and her sophomore album? She didnt really have any creative input on those albums but she had some bops on them!
She was my 1st actual concert when she dropped this album, I attended late in my post teens/early 20s. Now been to 3 shows of hers, I can't get enough of her. Big fan boy lol since elementary school, I can't wait for her next show coming up again soon. This whole album was a big necessity for me at the time being dropped and from beginning to end of all of the track, was a big need. Took my mindset to a whole new level of great love an respect, also gratitude for everything her influence shown me and reflect on lots of things. It gives me goosebumps just thinking back on this whole album now 🙏💙💯.
Man this album was pure fire.... Vocals and Harmonies on the unbreakable track, Night, Dammn Baby, 2BeLoved and Take me Away had me speechless. Thanks for the reaction... your looking even more pretty on this new reaction video. Be Safe.
