I read Sgt Rock, Captain Storm, a PT boat skipper sunk by a Japanese sub, and one series of a tank commander of a Stuart light tank which was helped by the ghost of General Stuart, I think. It was a long time ago!
I'm very late of this video. However, if I came across those Gold Key comic books in a bargain bin, I'd pull the trigger on many of them! I'm a first generation viewer of the Flintstones, the Jetsons, and Top Cat.
I have all the OAAW and Sgt.Rock books from #81- 422 plus all the special issues. Probably going to sell as a whole collection after New Year sometime.
What an amazing video, which deserves 10X the views that it has (5 years later). We all fall prey to impulse buys and decide to "pivot" our collections, only to turn around and find ourselves with long boxes of comics that are worth almost nothing. I've seen it at comic shops so many times where people come in with boxes of junk, and they need to make room at their house, but they can't let them go for nothing, so they either deal with the clutter or finally give in and take pennies on the dollar from the local comic book shop. Pre-planning a purchase like this earmarks your major spending on comics for the next 2-3 years, gives you a small collection that you're proud of, and makes it easy to pivot if your tastes change.

13:38 The colors look amazing. I'd pay and have that professionally graded, if I were you. Wouldn't hurt to have it restored and pressed professionally before sending it off. Nice find, I'm still looking for one myself.
