You do not show the details, too rushed. Missed the utility, didn’t show if there were raindrop shower heads etc etc. Just swinging the camera around randomly doesn’t work. You need to think about what you are going to do in advance.
Why are these houses always staged in various shades of grey and with naff mirrored wardrobes? It's a lovely house though. Hopefully, the building specs are of a high standard.
£400,000 for a deceptively small house. Decorated nicely you won’t look to where you put your clothes for instance. Where is the utility room? Pantry? Room for a sideboard in the dining room? Narrow staircase & tiny bathroom. Bedrooms really are all single. The garden, overlooked by all the other houses & small. By the time you bring out the garden furniture it’s crowded. Where will the rotary washing line go? Won’t matter as the garden will be in shade most of the time. Where will you put the 4 bins, no front garden. Where will the government insisted heat pump go? I swear houses are being designed for minimum comfort & maximum profit. When people buy them they are buying a myth. Not impressed. Update. Thought I might have been a bit harsh so took another look. At £400,000 this is an overprice house for Sunderland. It’s not really a 5 bed house. Despite the small spaces the rooms have been decorated very nicely. My criticisms still stand with the addition of more. Look at all the glass wall, kids would love that. Mirror trick to extend the size of rooms & let the light bounce around. One of the bedrooms would have to be turned into a walk in wardrobe as there is no space in the bedrooms. The garden is not as small as first thought but felt hemmed in by the other nearby houses. If I was buying a 5 bed house I would expect larger rooms to accommodate a larger family. I’m still not impressed.
Don't forget that's the UK. Two of those bedrooms were rather small and it would be honest to call them a study. In addition if you have 5 bedrooms you would really need a second living space. That house is really small and not a real 5 bedroom house. Maybe 4 bedrooms and a study but that might be a strech. Make it 3 bedrooms and a study and have on of the bedrooms as an extra room.
@@Dictatorturtle243 It’s not tiny but it’s not what I would expect for a 5 bed house. The rooms are staged. Once clothes & other personal items & kitchen stuff & the rest of life’s paraphernalia are brought in, where would it go! How many people would be expected to live in a 5 bed house? This house may be bigger than yours but presumably you didn’t buy a 5 bed house, so expectations are different. The average detached house price in Sunderland & Tyne & Wear is £277,932. There are other 5 bed houses over 3 floors in that area that are on the market currently for £351,950 with double garage, utility room, lower cloakroom & 2 en suites , open plan kitchen diner & family room with separate living room, located within a town close to amenities. Also 5 bed for £284,950 with single garage so this one at £400,000 is a bit pricy in comparison.
This house style is called The Robinson and this particular house shown in the video is located at Whins View - Story Homes in the North West. I hope that helps.
There should be no house worth that kind of money humans should be housed appropriately it should be a human right no one should have to live on the street.
Thanks so much for sharing this tour around our Charlton show home, Nathan & Natalie. This is actually our St John's Manor development in Callerton rather than The Birches if you want to update your caption. Thanks again and we look forward to seeing more videos 🙂
DON'T EVEN BROUGHT ANY BELLWAY PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY NEVER TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILY ON THEIR SOLD HOUSE ALSO USED VERY BAD 3RD PARTY MANAGEMENT TO HANDLE AFTER SERVICE, NO SERVICE AT ALL, NO RESPONSE AND NEVER TAKE ANY ACTION WHEN THEY GOT COMPLAIN ANY FAULTS. IF YOU BROUGHT THEIR HOUSE YOU WILL REGRET END OF YOUR LIFE.
@@palestineadesanya7040 I've got a Redwood on this estate and it's great. Very few snags and what we did have, they sorted out. Some of them took 9 months to sort out unfortunately but it was all fairly trivial stuff.
@@andrewdavies2170 I’ve just bought a farrier in Manchester. Think they all have different names all over the country but it’s a 4 bedroom with a massive garden. Get the keys next week can’t wait to move in and get decorating! Went for the demo last week and loved the house. Each to their own. Some people aren’t a fan of new builds
@@palestineadesanya7040 don't expect it to be perfect - it won't be. EVERY new house has problems but they'll sort it out for you - just don't return your NHBC survey until they do - there's another one at 9 months so you can push back again and get any last items sorted. I'm sure you'll love it.
