The Rice House presents the "Whole Health Macrobiotic Forum" to explore, study and learn natural, healthy living.\u2028\u2028The Forum brings together macrobiotic teachers, chefs, practitioners, and seekers. It takes place on or near the 1st Sunday of each month from 2:00 p.m-7:00 p.m Israel Time-7 a.m to noon EST-for six 45-minute classes. Everything is in English on Zoom.

Topics have included the role of vegan and vegetarian diets, understanding Covid 19, healthy diet, cooking, healthy mind, eating disorders, natural 1st aid, healing, astrology, dessert, nutrition, yoga, death and grieving, the nervous system, Louise Hay method, femininity, sugar addiction, breakfast, stool health, food and mood, weight, meditation…wow!\u2028\u2028 Classes are free to make macrobiotics accessible to everyone.
