@@poffcreations 😉hands up, yes, guilty! Not many people or voices have a calming effect on me, but, when my brain hurts from excessive use lol. (Neck & head- spine/nerve probs.) when I want to get up, bustle about, but can’t, & when my brain Imp & I agree that I really want to craft .. invariably, the Imp on the other,shoulder.. pokes me, & laughs in my sensitive ears, asking how I intend to subdue the pain- yet again. Anyway, oh crafty one. Your hands may hurt, but they are steady enough to perform well, which is a pleasure to watch. I also look out for the AI clips. The 1st I saw, was the beach scene. @@TheBabz The Crafty One Here😂 That makes me smile. Sad to hear that you have a hard time with pain and that it gives you sleepless nights. Occasionally, the sleep demon haunts me so I have taken to listening to audio books. And that seems to help a lot. When I read "fandabbydozy" I knew you had to be English. I remember The Krankies, they were very funny!
I love them all but I am particularly fond of Runes Raven. That was the first video of yours that I watched and when I fell in love with your style and methodology. I also adore the grave yard scene and I can't wait to make my own some day. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
Hello Debbie! The catalyst for this project was the lovely sticker I found and I thought it needed to be put in a special project. I also noticed that the raven had a Rune in in its claw.

@@poffcreations totally understandable Ria. I don’t know how you keep coming up with so many new ideas. Having a RU-vid channel must put a lot of pressure on you to keep producing content. I purely do all my art/craft projects just for fun. Don’t even really like making things for people as I feel pressured . I’m sure none of your followers would worry if you just put up projects whenever you feel the creative urge. Having said that …I understand that RU-vid probably doesn’t work like that and pressures you for content constantly. Don’t let that take away from your enjoyment of your work. Hard to find a happy medium I’m sure. 💕💕💕
@@judithparish5697 Hey Judith! When I started this channel I knew it would be a challenge to keep coming up with new ideas. But, it is also spending money on all the stuff I need to make my projects. This is partly why I have slowed down and partly because I am doing other things at the moment. I have discovered 3D paper models to make on my Cricut and have become slightly addicted😂 When I do get asked to make something for someone else it can be a bit difficult because the "creative juices are not switched on 24/7" and my brain likes to take a vacation on its own which can be most inconvenient!! RU-vid does not pressure me to put up more content. I am not monetised yet, and to be honest, I don't really care about that, it is not as if I am going to make any money out of this. I do it purely because it is fun which is my largest criteria for doing most things. I have just spent a ton of money on cardstock and svg files for my Cricut and I am immersed in the world of paper crafting.
@@poffcreations I know the feeling. I am always going off on a tangent. I started watercolour to get out of my comfort zone but that has now led me down the path of journaling and collage. That’s what creativity is all about but yes whenever you start a new pathway there is the expense of the initial supplies needed. Just follow your passion and be happy. 💕💕💕
That turned out awesome. I’m in the process of making fish silhouettes on my cricut but we have a love, hate relationship. It shouldn’t be as hard as it seems for me to make the fish. I love your work. It was very relaxing listening to your music and watching you create.
Hello There! Welcome to my channel. This tray was a lot of fun to make and came together better than I hope. Yes, I had a huge learning curve with the Cricut too and at one point, I got so frustrated that I left the project I was doing for a couple of days so that I could calm down. Once, mastered, the Cricut is an absolute joy to play with. Be patient and you will get it. Try to watch some videos from people who are good teachers on the Cricut. Try Jennifer Maker. She is very good at showing the steps and explaining.

The stickers can be a bit tricky to get in exactly the right place so, take your time it can be frustrating. Hello there! That is a good question as I have never used PU resin either. Maybe, one day I should buy some and do some experimenting with it. The most annoying aspect of redoing some of the chess pieces was that even if the piece was perfectly formed, the top would come off. This is very common with the Bishop and some of the Pawns. The little pieces just get left behind in the mould because you have to be aggressive when taking them out. Even if you use silicone mould release spray. I did get there in the end, and it did test my patience a bit but, I was determined to get a full perfect set😂😂

Hey there Judith. I was having so much fun creating this scene. And thanks for the comment about the braids. I decided that I wanted something different for my hair and this was exactly what I was looking for. Got my hair re-dyed to get rid of the grey "halo" and asked the girl who did it to give me a French Plait. She said she could do one down each side if I liked and I said, "Yes, please". I thought it was a fun look and something a little bit more creative.

Hello Selene! Thank you, I appreciate it. The blues came together nicely and I am glad that I did the side in 'transparent' blue so that you can look into the tray from the sides. I am always complaining to my husband that I never have enough space. And he says even if i had a large warehouse sized area to work in, I would still manage to fill it up and limit my working space. This is very true, I seem to expand to fill all my area and always end up knocking things over and being generally quite clumsy. Thank you for your kind words. They are appreciated🥰

Thank you Dian! I expect she will like it but it is always a bit difficult to interpret what another person "sees". My hubby edits all my videos and he has way too much fun putting in all the extra touches. My videos would not be as creative without his input and I am always amazed at some of the ideas he has to enhance my work. Thanks for all the comments and I will pass your remarks onto my hubby!
Lovely idea. In the future when doming something like this or anything where you're concerned about the resin going over the sides. Cover all areas you DON'T want the resin to go in either liquid latex or pva glue, let that dry completely then dome. Once resin is cure you peel off the latex or glue..and any overspill comes off with it. Good luck!
Hello Sierra! Thank you for watching my video and making these comments. I don't know what I was thinking but, a little while ago I did buy some tape and I could have covered the sides to stop the resin running down. Sometimes I am so focused on what I am doing that I am not actually thinking. I think I would also like to try using latex too. Thanks for the ideas🥰

Thanks! Yeah, love my babies to bits and that little 'Pirate Kitten" is so cute. I was going to call her Patch but then we came up with Hannah Solo which is so much better. All the cats we have ever had were all rescues in some fashion or other. And yes, they are all absolutely spoilt which is how is should be😻

Dude! This was a lot of fun and I got to play with my Cricut which I absolutely love. I am going to see if I can sand down the edges and rescue the other one! Yeah, as for the hair, at least the person I went to got the colour right and did not do brown for blond. I always have to use hubby for the number problems so, I guess he is a keeper. (Good at editing too so that is a doubly good reason🤣).

I love my Cricut and put off buying one for such a long time because they are expensive but because I just wanted a basic one, I got the Cricut Joy Xtra which does all the things I will ever need to do. I love my new cat t-shirt and the cute design on it. I wore it out shopping the other day and several people said they liked it! Just goes to prove that a 60 year old woman can wear cute cat t-shirts🤣
@@poffcreations I’m 67 and have a couple of shirts with pictures of a cavoodle on them which is the dog I have. I always say ‘just because I’m old doesn’t mean I have to be boring. I even have pictures of some of the dogs I’ve owned printed on pillow cases. 🐈⬛🐾🐈⬛
@@judithparish5697 Cavoodles are so cute! I do like to enjoy things that the younger generation enjoys but you will never see me in a crop top and booty shorts🤣🤣 I have been, and hope I always will be, a child at heart.
I enjoyed this double approach. Even tho the domb’d one ran away, you can scrape or sand off the sides & redo the. Using UV resin, & make up sponges on a stick, spread a bit at a time & put your UV lamp on that bit, then do the next. I messed up the back of a cross, so hand sanded it lightly, applied barely a dab on a mini sponge thingy, UV till still tacky enough to apply colour change mica, then brushed until smooth, put barely enough UV resin over one side at a time, so it eventually looked as goo£ as.. Your Dragons head. You could add mica or colour change mica or pigment or glitter as you know. I also know it hurts our hands to sand, that’s why I like resin - covers up a multitude of sins. RU-vid hadn’t forwards your last few projects, then this one showed up! So I’ve 3 more to catch up with. If it’s happened to me, it must have happened to others. The fastest way to awaken their Kraken-algorithm, is to repeat the project you had the most hits on. Because whatever the title or descriptive words used, happened to be popular, so end up in someone’s search, 👀 or the algorithm tosses it onto a pile of ‘similar interest’ items. I need to rewatch the order of parts that make up & fill in the picture. lol Well done. Engrossed me & my pain x If you mention, Game/ Chess board /
I think I will try to salvage the other clock and maybe next time I do something like this, I will use some tape or latex. Funny thing is, I did have some tape I could have used, just my brain was not fully functioning🙄
@@poffcreations hi Ria, I understand & concur that my brain forgets the simplest things which would have saved a lot of disappointment! I recall you mentioning pain & stiffness in your hands. Ditto! Health matters! Especially when intending to be creative, & end up creating a mess, spilling resin on your work trousers, & ignoring it till the burn reaches the brain cells, to let you know the flesh is stuck to the resin & the resin to the material & it’ll be like trying to separate dog-do-do from a blanket.. but with a big Ouch! Get hubby to help sand the arch clock stand, while you think of what to do with it. (You know,they like to be helpful lol) Am watching you de-mould the coaster rack, lovely colour, & finish. Ah, I do lobe Turtles & tortoises. My daughter in law has a Criket, & no doubt a few yrs back I’d have got one, so, I think I’ll ask her pretty-please to print a page or two of pics for me.
