Hi @user-ow7tb4ph9x. Thanks for asking! According to Polylang's website, you need Polylang (or Polylang Pro) and the add-on Polylang for WooCommerce. See: polylang.pro/doc/is-polylang-compatible-with-woocommerce/ To ensure compatibility with other e-commerce plugins, you can reach out to their support for more information. I hope this helps. You can also reach us at our Support Center (barn2.com/support-center/) if you have questions about our plugins. ~ Adrian
I dont see other plugin makers making videos that involve their competitor's, since you folks were able to put this together I gave a like, once im done with the video i’ll see if I choose your plugin or a competitor, regardless of the outcome, i respect you for being bold enough to make this video
Hi, Manav. Thanks for your kind words. We're all about helping WordPress users find the most suitable plugin for their needs. We're a community after all. Hopefully, this video is useful in choosing which plugin is for you. Cheers! - Keza
Same experience. It has been close to 4 days that I have raised the issue that plugin is simply not working! Mail is being sent to the primary email address of the customer, but not to any one else. I have shared the errors logs etc, but all Barn2 says is that they have a TAT to reply to query, so after every reply from there end, it is another 24 hours of waiting time! After sales support is actually quite bad! I will either get a refund or never ever buy Barn2 Plugins in my life!

So it literally only displays it as a table? That's not a very appealing way for customers to shop. Yes it's easy, but there's no romance in it. Would love if I could have the table on the backend for organization, but have it displayed in any other way possible...
Hi, Allinson. Thanks for your feedback. This is why our plugin is named WooCommerce Product Table. The default WooCommerce Shop page displays products in a grid, and isn't the most efficient way to browse or search for products, as you then need to visit each single product page to add them to the cart. What our plugin allows your customers to do is quickly find the products they want and add them to the cart as efficiently as possible, with the least number of clicks and all from the same page on your website. This convenience encourages customers to buy more products and quicker compared to the default flow in WooCommerce. I hope this makes sense and helps. Let me know if you have any questions. You can also get in touch via our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Cheers, -Edge
Why why why, do all these taxonomy / sorting plugins depend on the customer to sort? Is there not even ONE plugin that I can use to custom sort on the backend? (i.e. in a particular categories the products sort numerically, versus alpha)
Hi, Rick. Thanks for your comment. You can use the sort options of our WooCommerce Product Table plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-table/ref/1075/ ) to numerically sort "Number" custom fields created using Advanced Custom Fields ( advancedcustomfields.com/ ). For details, see barn2.com/kb/product-table-sort-options/#can-i-sort-the-table-by-number . I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. You can also get in touch via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Hi there! I'm afraid that the plugin doesn't have the option to filter by child categories only but thanks for mentioning this to us. This has been added to our feature request list and we will let you know once this gets added to the plugin in the future. Cheers! - Keza
Hi, Sweitz (@@FaceChair). Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid we don’t have any immediate plans to implement this. A few other customers have previously requested this feature, and we’re tracking the amount of demand to help us decide whether to prioritize it in the future. Your ‘vote’ has been added to our feature request list, and we will let you know if we add this to a future version of the plugin. In the meantime, I'm sorry that this isn't possible. As an alternative, you can use our WooCommerce Product Table plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-table/ref/1075/ ) and add/create the child categories as a separate custom taxonomy instead, which you can then display as a separate custom taxonomy filter dropdown. This will work dependent on the parent category filter dropdown provided you do not enable the lazy load option. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. We can also discuss your requirements in more detail via our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Hi @nemsrajbhandari Thanks for your interest in our plugin. You can view both the front end demo and a new admin demo by clicking the first link in the description of this video. Enjoy! - Sam
Hello, I'd like to display product categories with images on my website. When a user clicks on a parent category, I want the corresponding subcategories to appear. Ideally, the structure should be: Parent Category > Subcategory > Product
Hi, Prabal. Thanks for your comment. For what you'd like to achieve, you can go to the theme Customizer > WooCommerce > Product Catalog options and set the "Shop page display" dropdown to "Show categories" and the "Category display" dropdown to "Show subcategories". I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. Best regards, -Edge
Hi, Oliver. Thanks for pointing out the difference! I'm relaying this to our team for review. Let me know if there's anything else that we may assist you with. -Edge

Thanks for this ! Another question- so for digital product sales on woo, is there a way to test this and do a dry run before it’s live to make sure all the links are working? I tried to do a sample purchase myself and the download link, while correct and works when I copy and paste it, is coming up as just a page full of what looks to be code after the purchase is made and download is clicked. Not sure why.
Hi, @workspacetherapist. Thanks for your comment. I'm glad to hear our tutorial is helpful. The issue you're experiencing sounds to be the browser you're using viewing the linked file within the browser, instead of downloading it to your device and as the correct file type. I suggest you reach out to official WooCommerce Support, who can assist you with this best. I hope this makes sense and helps point you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any questions about any of our plugins for WordPress and WooCommerce ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/ref/1075/ ). I'm looking for a MOQ based on total weight of all product in the cart - minimum order quantity for my customers is 5kg - they must have a total weight of 5kg in their cart before they can check out - this can come from either 1 category or multiple categories
Hi, Melanie. Thanks for your interest. WooCommerce Orders compute for the total using quantities and product prices, so if you want to put a minimum restriction based on total weight, you'll need to implement a workaround to quantify the weight according to product quantity and/or price. We have suggestions for how to sell by weight in WooCommerce at barn2.com/blog/sell-by-weight-woocommerce/ - i.e. either (1) Add weight options as variations, or (2) Price products by weight. Then you can use our WooCommerce Quantity Manager plugin to set MOQ that translates to the product weight. If you also need to allow decimal quantity inputs (as WooCommerce only allows whole number quantity inputs), you can also consider our suggestion at barn2.com/blog/woocommerce-decimal-quantity-plugin/ . I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions, or get in touch via our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Hi @sammy316 No, you don't need a PayPal Business account to accept payments with Easy Digital Downloads (EDD). While PayPal is a popular payment gateway option for EDD, you can also use other gateways like Stripe, which doesn't require a business account. EDD offers various payment gateway options to suit your needs. If you have further questions, you can also get in touch via our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ where we can discuss your requirements in more detail. Best regards, -Nikki
Hi, @junaidch0289. Thanks for asking! WooCommerce Product Filters does not support conditional display yet. While we don’t have any immediate plans to implement this, another customer have previously requested this feature, and we’re tracking the demand to help us decide whether to prioritize it in the future. I have added a 'vote' to our feature request list on your behalf. If you have more questions about our plugins, please reach us at our Support Center: barn2.com/support-center/. Thanks! ~ Adrian

Hi Osama, Carl here again. If you're on the free version, you won't see the Grid option. The Grid layout is available only in the Pro version (barn2.com/kb/document-library-plugins-free-pro-comparison/). I look forward to hearing from you through our Support Center for your other concerns. Thank you.
Thanks for the comment. I'm afraid I will need more information about your concerns. Which section of the plugin did you "not find an/the image"? What image are you looking for? I have the same question about "only file type show". What does this mean exactly? Which section of the plugin can I see this? And I assume you are talking about the grid layout. What do you mean that there is no "grid 3"? I'm sorry if I'm not able to provide more conclusive answers at this point. If you have not done so already, I strongly recommend to contact us through our Support Center (barn2.com/support-center/) with your license key or with the email you used to purchase the plugin so that we can better assist you. Please provide complete details of the issues you are having. I look forward to hearing from you. - Carl
Hello, I want to create a color variation. For example, there are 3 colors of t-shirts, I want these 3 products to appear on the main page separately, but when entering the product these variations also exist. Please can you explain to me how to do it?
Hi, Alejandra. Thanks for asking. You can use our WooCommerce Product Table plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-table/ref/1075/ ) to display variations separately on the main shop page of your website. Please let me know if you have any more questions. We can also discuss your requirements in more detail via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Another point on stressing the need for this is Pinterest will email you this if you don’t have them setup apparently (I think) …..”Product descriptions are not original and/or there are no product categories on the Merchant's website.” I’m going to try & go fix the category issue fixes you show me here. Hopefully haha. But do yall have any products that have ai or something to give originality to descriptions from my “partially” copy & pasted product descriptions in bulk to fix the former issue listed in my quote from their email?
Hi, @eXodusArtisan. Thanks for your comment. I already replied previously, but my comment has disappeared for some reason, so I'm reposting it: That's interesting to know about Pinterest. You can use a third-party AI service to reword your product descriptions and paste them in a CSV file, which you can then upload to your website to update the product descriptions in bulk. You can then display your products per category using our WooCommerce Product Table plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-product-table/ref/1075/ ). I hope this makes sense and helps. Let me know if you have any more questions. We can also discuss your requirements in more detail via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Hi, @crownbetphcasino. Thanks for your comment. You can use our WooCommerce Multiple Email Recipients plugin ( barn2.com/wordpress-plugins/woocommerce-multiple-email-recipients/ref/1075/ ) to add extra recipients to the WooCommerce order notification admin emails for your products, which you can add/create categories to assign for each artist to receive. Let me know if you have any more questions. We can also discuss your requirements in more detail via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Best regards, -Edge
Hey. There is no limit to the number of products that you can display using the plugin. The limitation would often come from your server so I highly recommend checking your hosting storage capacity. Our plugin can list an unlimited number of products. If you have further questions, please reach us via our Support Center - barn2.com/support-center/. Cheers! -Nikki
Hey @workspacetherapist. WooCommerce Product Table doesn't officially support composite products, product bundles and grouped products. However, you can list your bundled products with WooCommerce using the official WooCommerce Product Bundles extension. If you have further questions, you can also get in touch via our Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ where we can discuss your requirements in more detail. Best regards, -Nikki
@@Barn2Plugins And if I'm just offering several digital downloads as a bundle it still is not possible to do this with just woocommerce? I didn't think I needed the bundle plug-in for just putting several digital downloads in one product for sale?
Hi, @@workspacetherapist. Thanks for your reply. You can choose which WooCommerce built-in solution works best for you: woocommerce.com/document/group-bundle-products-woocommerce/ . Let me know if you have any more questions, or get in touch directly via barn2.com/support-center/ Cheers, -Edge
Hi, @OnlineEnablers. Thanks for asking! You have the option to moderate the users that register to your wholesale store (See: barn2.com/kb/wholesale-settings/#moderate-new-registrations). Additionally, you can create an extra field in the wholesale registration form to collect custom information regarding your customer's business (See: barn2.com/kb/wholesale-registration-fields/). We can discuss your requirements in more detail via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ . Many thanks. I look forward to hearing from you. -Edge
Here you're talking about Kadence by itself, right? Which uses Kadence blocks. As soon as you pair it with something like Elementor, things might be different. That said, my fastest sites right now are those that run Elementor + Kadence, but I'm about to redesign a larger store and I'm looking at options before committing to what I'm used to.
Hi! Thanks for your comment and for suggesting the Falang multilanguage for WordPress plugin, which I believe can be found at wordpress.org/plugins/falang/ and those reading the comments might find helpful. Cheers. - Edge
I have a problem to make the variation pages in woocommerce. The pages do not show the selection boxes. It only showed "list item #1 list item #2? How can I fix it? Thank you
Hi, John. Thanks for your comment. I understand you're having difficulty with what you describe as "selection boxes" not displaying in what sounds to be the single product pages of variable products on your website, and only ""list item #1", "list item #2" displaying. Please could you describe your concern in more detail, so that I can better understand it and assist you best. i.e. When you say "selection boxes", do you mean product options created with our WooCommerce Product Options plugin? If you're using any of our plugins, you can also submit a request via our dedicated Support Center at barn2.com/support-center/ so we can get back to you as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can also reach out to official WooCommerce Support ( woocommerce.com/contact-us/ ) who can assist you with this best. Best regards, -Edge
