Hi Rauha, I love your content. I’m contemplating between the Oran and this sandal. Do you have the Oran? And are these comfy? I am in need of a white minimal sandal. I have the orange in the gold/brown and love it but not sure if I should get same in white or diversify and get a different brand. What do you think? Thank you😀
Hey Ndina. Thank you. Let’s be friends😀 I have Orans in Etoupe. They are my favorite sandals ever. The only reason I don’t regret the Tributes is because I got them on a great deal from a lux retailer that was closing down. Otherwise I’d pick Orans over them any day. Tributes make this weird gummy sound when you are walking and the branding has worn off after wearing them once on holiday (I did do a lot of walking in them but still)- it’s just a foil print. Tributes are easier to break in as they are more of a rubbery leather than stiffness of most Orans. I loved the old white Orans with nude insole, the new all white gets dirty and it’s not cute when it does. The old version is on resale market but for atrocious prices. I’m on the hunt for a pair of flat white sandals as well- the Gucci interlocking GGs are a great option. I do have an unedited video comparing Oran and Tributes.
I’ve brought a fake in the past, I’ve never been able to afford designer brands and probably never will but I can dream. I’m 36 and nicest place I’ve ever brought bags from is *suluxy* lol 😂
