To all my younger brothers and sisters from your elder iitian brother: I was lucky I didn't own a smartphone when I was in school, preparing for JEE. Else I am sure I would have wasted time on youtube and whatsapp which would have affected my preparation. These are the most precious years of your life. If you have decided to get into an IIT, then you have decided to quit every single distraction, like social media, gf/bf, goofing around etc. Go all in or leave it coz the competition is simply exploding every passing year. It's alright to derive temporary motivation from videos like this one but don't make it a habit, even external motivation can become an addiction. RU-vid is always going to show you something better next time, there's never an end to it. So simply quit anything that doesn't contribute towards taking you closer to your goal guys. I just thought to put this message out, not just for my juniors but also myself, because at the moment, even after graduating from IIT Guwahati, I find myself wasting time on social media which hampers my future ambitions and drains energy and time. My dream was become IITian from 6th class but unfortunately I had to take admission in biology (Thanks to my Teacher 😓) and my all dreams are break.... Now I am NEET Aspirant and I regret for my decision 😓😓
