This is great information. Thank You! However, I was looking for writing a command in the F-keys. I want to toggle the Snap Lock and Axis Lock. I was able to do it in Microstation from another company. Once it was set up, I forgot the code. I was wondering if you know how to do that. It was something like "Toggle Smap Lock" or Snap Lock "Toggle"; something like that.

Can you please explain how to scale a drawing in the title sheet? For example after placing the title sheet, we want to change the scale of the drawing inside the title sheet like 1:25 or 1:50 or 1: 100 etc then how to do that? In this video you only showed how to scale the title sheet but I want to learn how to scale the drawing which is inside the title sheet.
