Tip for the bottom-right chamber (around 24 minutes): The water temple is a REFLECTION of the land temple, some of the walls just look like they're not able to be swam through. All the barriers at the top can't be passed in their reflected version, but any walls you can walk past up top can be swam through down below. (For water) Go through the first smaller tower on the right (the left wall extends a bit lower than the right), you can swim through the series of columns lining the edge of the reflection. Now that you're on the left side of the water you swim downwards and around the protruding longer tower and through the arch that APPEARS to be closed. Then go through the wall to the left of the shiny thing to get it :) Hop in water, ← ←, ↓ → ↑, → Hope this helps!
