Men and women are different. Equal in dignity but not the same. A father is uniquely different than a mother which is why women can be sisters and mothers in religious life while men can be brothers, fathers, and deacons. And of course there is also the other vocations that you may be called to: chaste single life or marriage and parenthood. We serve different roles in the Church and in the world. And that’s okay. Stop trying to make women just like men. We are different. The problem with society is that we are trying to make women into men because for some reason women and their natural roles/abilities aren’t good enough for you?
