Lovely stuff, the only thing that I was expecting was a better connection to the van. It seems it has no skirt and the side doeas not really adhere to the van, hence the door to the van has to be always closed to keep the place warm and the insects out
Went on this walk yesterday. I cut it a bit short though and didnt go to mudeford as i had to drive back home yesterday. Did you go to Warren Hill where that wooden memorial brown bench is? The car park is expensive, its now 3 hours for 7.10!
have been shooting with the mk3 for years, fantastic results, been so impressed with it I recently found one on ebay in pristine out of the box condition with a 5876 shutter count, I had to bid and stole it for £320, the 1dmk3 really is the dogs gonads for so many reasons, it's not possible to state how good this camera is this to anyone unless they have used or owned the 1dmk3.
It's worth mentioning that on Fri and Sat mornings they serve an excellent breakfast, so you can pack everything away before departing (if you are), on those days and then have a cooked breakfast :)

Thank you for the video! I'm taking a trip to South Africa and was wondering how to GeoTag my pictures on my DSLR that doesn't have a GPS built in. You've helped me solve that question. Thanks again. I was wondering, for my two week trip, do you recommend starting and stopping the app daily? If I do that and don't have internet, will I lose my GPX files that the app created if I stop? I'm thinking I should be starting and stopping the app daily. Maybe that isn't the best approach?
I just let mine run, and call the trip XXXXX Trip 2024. Too easy to stop it, and forget to start it again!! You also then just have to upload one. Try testing it, over the next two weeks, and see how it works for you, just take a snap on a camera here and there, and taek into lightroom. Works great for me! Thanks for watching...

I also appreciated that you showed how to use the GeoTag Photos desktop app. You showed Lightroom but also the native app. I don't have LR so that helped a lot also! By any chance do you know if the combining of the GPX and photos is done locally on your computer with the native application or on their servers?
I have tried to track back, and can't seem to find where I got it from. It does, but to be honest I haven't been in an awning or a tent that doesn't get warm in warm weather. This one has big windows on the side you can open, to reveal either netting or plastic windows, so you can get some ai circulating. Thanks for watching.
Hi im not sure if anybody went to this park but there was this campsite i went to when i was little and i never heard of the name the only thing my sister told me that it is cornwall (i asked for the name) But she said she dosnt remember the full name and now im stuck thinking its in cornwall if anybody knows what campsite i might be thinking of can you tell me in the replys heres some things the campsite had 1 a HUGE indoor pool like atleast 4 slides 2 a arcade where you could get tickets and get rewards for them 3 a playground outside the arcade 4 it was near the coast wich had a ton of cliffs And thats all i remember we went in tents aswell and apart from that thats it cant remember anything else and i would love to go back but i dont know where it is or what its called

Ooops... thought it was a video about the 1DX MK1, obviously not ... In any case, I am just about to buy one, they are VERY capable, and you can get a battered 1DX body for under £ 500 which is unbelievable value for money
we have to do it that way as ours is a Berlingo Microcamper. We still fit it our cooking drawer, food, fridge, power station, double bed, dining area and lounge seating, a loo, ramps, outside tripod stools, proper bedding, up to 60 litres of water, a diesel heater (under the passenger seat), a 100w solar panel, window blinds, spare footwear, clothes and waterproofs etc. Like a say, we seldom stay anywhere more than one night in usually stealthy locations.
The grey one? I am pretty sure it is supposed to come with the Awning. From memory, I can only remember having to add on the black groundsheet protector, and the carpet? Hope you find one!
I have always just let it import into lightroom; but today all of a sudden after import into lightroom, when i remove the SD card, all the photos in lightroom disappear. I have to keep the SD card in....What is going on?
Without knowing for sure, it sounds like you are 'Adding to LR' which keeps the images on the orginal storage device, in this case the SD card. You need to make sure you Move or Copy to a more permanent storage. If you just Add to Lightroom, the images will just be using the SD card as the storage. So, you take out the SD card, you take away the storage, you take away the photos. Hope that helps a bit
As a professional who went from film to 2.1mp what do you think of the difference in image sharpness from a 1Diii to say your 5Diii? Looking at 1D files they look great, in fact I win club competitions with them. I now use mirrorless in addition to DSLR but I think the hype sometimes exceeds reality.
The 1Diii is still damn decent if the light is decent and the lens is decent. The 1DX and now my R6 has the edge though, especially if the light fades.. Thanks for watching
Thanks for the tutorial. I managed to fix the problem. My only issue was trying to get the upper part of the control panel out. I broke some plastic parts inside, close to the glasses compartment, trying to get the panel out. However it seems that it is not affecting anything. thanks again
