I don’t care if it’s a mistake, she should get financial compensation. Even if there was no wrongdoing by the police, something went wrong somewhere in the judicial system, and she should be compensated for that. It’s inexcusable. This type of thing, can happen to all of us.
Yup same thing just happened in Florida where a license plate was read incorrectly by an officer and a man and his daughter were pulled out of their car at gunpoint and detained only to realize that it was the wrong person and vehicle!
It's crazy, definitely feel for this lady !! Somebody obvs screwed up, but idk if the officers are to blame, they didn't issue the warrant, just executed it and keep in mind how many times they hear "that's not me" from suspects.
3 to 7 identifiers are required in healthcare to make you have the right patient name right medication right route and right dob so on. Explain how a common name does not get the same treatment in the police force🤔 the incompetence is ridiculous
Well you know this was a SHOW Trial... Its not like the people believe that a judge whose daughter was a major contributor to the Biden campaign just happens upon these court cases and then starts leading the jury with the questions about there even being the slightest chance after the jury was handpicked by democrats... No... no... this wasn't a show trial after all... LOL....
This reads as if the expungement is a gift! When actually it is the least that could have been done. There are a number of people in this country with the similar if not the same name. Are we all to expect that we could be subject to this type of negligent, malicious indiscriminate application of the law? This false arrest was definitely "wrongdoing" on the part of everyone involved. I had hoped the days of blanket dismissal of law enforcement officer misconduct was coming to a close. I guess I was wrong. This should definitely be a lawsuit. This woman's reputation, time, mental state and who knows what else was caused to suffer as a result of a mistake that never had to be made. And then, as always, I have to wonder would this have happened to a subject of a different race....
By tonnage the US Navy makes the Chinese Navy look small. Don’t have to worry about the Russians either, they’re 30 years behind the west when it comes to anything that floats on water.
The US navy ships maybe big so too China's 055 cruisers. But peoples don't point out US destroyers and cruisers are over 30 years old and ageing fast. Chinese navy will keep in growing. America just have to live with it.
