I actually experinced something similar to near death focus. It can be done without having to be in a near death experince. Time really does slow down during those moments. It feels surreal.

I love this episode because it does something for Yujiro the rest of the series hasn’t it shows the fact that he does all the deep respect and love for the martial arts and so people like the sea emperor are worthy of a howing respect because they have dedicated their lives to the practice of combat and have managed to reach its pinnacle.

Per iniziare nel mondo di devil man cry baby ( parlo e mi riferisco solo al concpet dell'anime) è il secondo ciclo di possibilità che Dio da all'umanità, Ryo e Akira, lo si capisce dal fatto che li i devilman sono già esistiti e loro so sanno, vedi il bambino che vede le notizie sul computer vedrai l'immagine del devilman degli anni 70 riferimento che trovi anche nell'ultimo episodio quando Ryo all'asilo guarda la tv devilman, inoltre il rifermento all'episodio finale degli anni 70 con Akira e Miki vivi sul motorino che vanno via... Quindi qualcosa è cambiato in questo ciclo Akira e Miki sono morti. L'unica costante è l'amore malato di Ryo per Akira.
