Hi Scott! another nice hunt! Well done on the chains and the rings. The old lighter was the best, I loved it! What was that thing with wrapping coins; probably someone did that on purpose for a detectorist to find them and make it more interesting. 😄
@@DeteccionPuraVida Thank you, it was great to get out and finding the lighter really made my day. Of course the gold and silver didn’t hurt either LOL!
My 800 coil did the same thing. I have never been able to get it fixed every glue ive tried hasn't worked . I think I'll try to heat it up and melt some plastic on it . Let me know if you fixed yours
Hey Scott! I am so glad you are back posting vids. Congrats on the find, the ring and silver chain are great finds. That park looks huge; you could spend weeks having fun over there. I am amazed about the good amount of coins you can get in Canada compared to here LOL. In one hunt you can make enough money to get a sandwich and a soda probably. Take care!
8deg celsius chilly !🤣🤣🤣 thats shorts and t-shirt weather its practically tropical! Good little spot that lake, although get a flask full of tea in your bag its the “antifreeze of metal detecting”😎
@@scottf-detecting no same here, but hopefully things settled down a bit workwise now so should be posting again soon. I’d love to go waterhunting but far too cold over here for that 🤣 even in summer!
Some good finds there for sure, Scott. With all the trash you dig, I can tell you're not cherry picking. Do you still have any of your old Tesoro detectors? I remember your posts from the old Tesoro forum back when Tesoro hosted their own forum back many years ago. Those were some good times.
Hi Mike, thanks! No I don’t have any Tesoro detectors any more. I sold them off when the lifetime warranty was no longer valid outside the USA. But..I have been tempted lately to pick up a good used Deleon…😎
