IMHO the greatest A. F. song ever, and also the best version of all existing versions of Laila II (sometimes called also Laila pt. 2). This Paris television recording can also be found on the album Last, slightly different in two aspects: The version on the LP Last is a little bit slower. On the other hand, Michael "Fame" Günther's bass can be heard very clearly on the LP, while in the ORTF recording here you can see Fame working very hard, but hardly hear it. And this bass has to be heard, it is played with virtuosity. R.I.P. Fame, R.I.P. Joschi (guitar).
j'adresse mes félicitation ce collectif qui a réalisé ce travail. Il arrivera des moments où écouter les oeuvres musicales Koongo d'une telle authenticité.
Thank you so much for the explanation of what the electric newspaper purpose is. Im decades late to PTV and information is getting very sparse about what any of the albums mean or are supposed to be. And with almost everyone from the multiple groups leaving this plain its different to not be left with many more questions than answers. But I'm really into it tor multiple years their catalog of work is unbelievable and exhausting in the best possible way. Rest in power and light... ( a great resource is discogs for anyone else struggling to make sense of this massive catalog of mixed media awesomeness )
Hi, great upload. I'm really interested to see the performance of the group Contrepoint who are included just for 40 sec at the end of this clip. And I'm sure Jean-Pierre Weiller from the band is too! Can you tell me if you have any of their performance, or perhaps where you sourced this fantastic footage?
This one speaks a lot of Can truth--something about the cover, the yellow, the Wah, the spacy adriftness... pretty good gateway album for the band, I imagine.

Hoenig I am familiar with and went on to make some incredible stuff, but the duo of Gunther and Rausch on bass and drums are incredible here. Very tight and the solid backbone of the enterprise.
Holy shit youtube, u think maybe once you can let a person enjoy a full piece of music without you interrupting it with your capitalistic propaganda???? Enough is enough! I guarantee if 1 out of 500 people that you are trying to braiwash with your capitalistic crap actually says..hey! I think I will go with that advertisement and but it, you would be lucky. Stop the capitalism brainwashing!!!!!..let us enjoy our music.
Kind of reminds me of nectar even camel to a certain degree. The German p r o g rockers we're pretty good in a lot of ways gave the British a run for their money.
Salut! j'aimais beaucoup cette vidéo, tu l'as trouvé où?? J'avais fait beaucoup de recherche pour le trouver, avec aucun résultat. Existe-t-il dans une archive?
