The graph on my 557s does not ever move when evacuation. It says it will start when 7500 micros are reached and I'm well below this. It was working before an update.it only works when I hit start
have a problem with testo 550 When I test the pressure, the difference between the initial and actual readings is increasing and not negative. What is the reason?

Just bought one of these a few month ago and my low side valve does not close fully when in closed position. Is this fixable without new parts or would I need new parts? Low side valve bleeds into center hose. I have 550s
Wondering how is one suppose to know the pressure test can only be doing using the high side? Manual states nothing about only using the high side on the pressure test. That should really be included in the manual. Couldn't get the micron/vaccum gauge to work either...I guess I shoulda got a Fieldpiece....
The 300 will not connect to my iPhone so reports can't be emailed to the client. Probes connect, so can't understand why the Analyser won't. After Googling the problem seems its a regular problem everyone has with connecting to an Apple product.
I was wonder the same. I have this and didn't see a picture on my phone either. It does look like an older app as there are no as many options on his screen as I have. Love the testo probes as I have the complete kit but don't miss advertise.
when 1 change O2 sensor testo 350, the display showed Änalyzer box 10", what is the meaning ?, then measuring not usually for O2. I Think this unit couldnot reading the new sensor of O2. than I relace 1 more a new one. and the result still not running for O2.

That video is completely useless. I am a new student who purchased a 550s and was hoping you folks put out some quality videos using your digital gauges. I'm disappointed that a company like yours doesn't have a dedicated school on how to use the products you're selling. I was expecting to see a tech go step by step through the entire process and not some salesman pretending and trying to sell and advertise. Is it that difficult for you folks to put a quality video instead of some sales pitch? Step by step on setup and test with or without temperature, it would show you have some interest in the products your selling. Disappointed, maybe should have gone with the other guys instead of Testo.
As far as gauges go I prefer these way over fieldpiece. The accessory tools like the temp clamps are complete carnage and always have connection issues. I own both 550s and 557s and both are way better in every aspect. Granted it would be nice if they did put a little more effort in said video but that aside way better priced and ease of use over fieldpiece in every aspec. Just my 2¢
Now do a video on how to change firmware, especially if it's the bug ridden crap testo 340 ver1.2 . What firmware version that is stable is ver1.19 but it's a massive drama to update firmware. Like The USB cable is from the 1990's and you can't find them in shops. Then you have to cut it down because it won't fit in the usb socket. I couldn't get it to connect to the PC. Had to send back a brand new 340, less than 1.5hrs use before it died and couldn't be used at all on Nat gas. If I wanted to save a file name of 10 characters it would take over 100 clicks and take 5 mins on the keyboard that I first saw on a analog mobile in the late 80's. The folders don't work either. One is all i can save and see, not 100. Almost $5000 I wish I'd never spent. I have lots of testo and the rest are awesome. This 340 is a total piece if shit.

Super Video! Verstehe ich es richtig, dass man bei einer Anlage, bei der das Außengerät mit Kältemittel vorbefüllt ist, auf die Monteurhilfe verzichten kann? Also einfach mit der Vakuumpumpe in den Testo 552 und von dort direkt in die Klimaanlage? Die Monteurhilfe bräuchte man ja eigentlich nur um die Unterkühlung oder Überhitzung zu bestimmen und irgendwie auch zum Befüllen von Anlagen, die nicht vorbefüllt sind. Ist das so richtig?
