I remember when I was 16, I saw this movie with my dad the day before my first Tae Kwon Do tournament and once I heard Brandon say in the end: We're in. I found my new found hero. The next day, I placed 2nd in sparring. I said to myself if I ever meet Brandon one day I would show him my trophy. That was me at 16. I cannot believe now that at 45 years old this year, I'm mourning his passing because it's affected me more than I ever knew it would. But his inspiration keeps me going in this life. Stay strong everybody. May you be inspired by his legacy.
