You didn't do it wrong, but like showing us a wave form on a scope, record the PA output and show us the wave file difference on a computer. Then no matter how crappy a person's speakers are, they can see the difference.

Nice radio, but most Ranger Longhorns including mine are push 800w pep (after tuned) I noticed the same with that Ranger, the average power stays low but yet PEP is thru the roof……. Longhorn is about 170+\- Average & PEP is 775+\-. Great video buddy !!!! *EDIT: just found this radio on another channel and it is possible to get close to 800w out of this radio as well.*
