some manufacturers frown upon that, but they ask to hold the gun further away. what happens when you're further away? pressure lowers. so it's pretty much the same thing. I personally like to lower the pressure.
Hi , I have an ambient light error and have been trying to reach akzo on their support website but not getting any response or help. Is there any support available or not ???
7 coats of base material is bad. The amount of time for application and flash off plus the cost of material consumption. Need stronger tinters or better formula, or both. And every paint gun is different, saying how you set your gun is poor information, please tell me what I'm looking for in type of spray pattern, wetter pattern? Dryer pattern? Sightly over atomized? Sightly under atomized? I can take 3 guns all with different brands and different fluid tips and set at 1 turn out line your showing, and every gun will atomize differently. So disappointed with this informational video, felt like I got nothing it off it besides the fact that sikkens has a hard time matching it. Might not be the nicest thing that I said, but I'm just trying to be bluntly honest. And honestly this needs to be better, competitors out there, like the big 2 axalta cromax and PPG, have less material usage with faster results equaling better profits on this colour. Sikkens needs to step up their game pain and simple.

It's bad and slow plus the biggest minus it's not possibly to removed dust on water base... Solid White and black better don't even touch with tag rag... NOT A FAN OF LEASONA!!
That is so unreal slower and more steps than cromax pro. 3 coats? Vs 1. That'd 2 more times of flash off before clear. So say 20 to 30 more minutes per sprayed job. Add that up over the course of a year. That's a huge extra amount of time and product that you use with sikkens.
I’m a general painter, but the cromax sistem si total crap, color matching is a total failure, on high temperatures, painting silver colors is a pain, and the cromax pro application is 1 + 1/2 hands
Forgot to say, that on the sikkens wb application video, he uses 1 full hand + two 1/2 hands, in total of a 2 full hands, is Just 1/2 hand more than the cromax
I enjoy stories, the history, the ability to grow with a vision on tomorrow, then earn it, own it. That’s coming a guy who has worked on automobiles since the early 70’s. I love it even though I don’t have a family. Ironically, after 2 of three sons, totaled 4 of my vehicles. Now after retirement I have the chance to build one for me.
