We came back the end of Oct.2023 .The food is not the best to shoose ,it mean not much food to select especially vegeterbles. The first day they gave us 2 litter water bottles the secount day one botter only, if you want more you have to ask or go down to the bar to drink. Hotle and beach are good. If, you looking for good food Cuba is not the best place and wifi was terrible.
From what I can see you installed it wrong. The gimbal arm is in the wrong position, so when you turn it on you hear the beeps to indicate there is an error and then it turns off to protect itself. That's why it's not working. Try checking if you put the phone in correctly.
