OK. I've watched numerous videos of yours in the homes you've built and, just like you did in this one, you mentioned how upon entering the home one's eyes are drawn from the front door all the way through to the house to ___???___ but yet the cameraman doesn't ever show us that view. If it's worth mentioning to you it should be worth showing - at least in my opinion. Just a suggestion for future videos. It'd be nice to see the viewpoint you're describing. 😊
I'm not normally a fan of the garages flanking the entrance to the home like this, but at least these are a little further apart. LOVE the brick walkway and entrance - double doors always feel grand! Really like the layout and the extra space in the kitchen around the island. Whoever did that tile job in the master bathroom shower deserves both a shout-out in the description AND one helluva raise!! Beautifully done!!!
Simply stunning!! Some of the paint colors and decor isn't necessarily my tastes, but the home is gorgeous regardless! I love, LOVE, *LOVE* the more traditional, separated room style this home affords as well as a more old school design vibe. The only thing I would do differently is make the porches a little bigger/deeper - even if that meant adding some skylights to keep the interior from being too dark.
I lived in Landfall for many years and loved it. I work as an Interior designer and have always appreciated your creations. Thank you for sharing. Patricia
this gave me another place to think about moving to. " BUT " i am in a wheelchair, motorized, and i get around all by meself except for steps and stairs. if i can not get to every corner . . . . you understand where this is going, i'm an asshole. Lol why are not builders making wet rooms in the primary suite? the tub and two showers in a glass enclosure. wider hallways, doorways and over size pivot doors, interior and exterior. 5500 - 6000 sq ft, 4-bedroom plus primary ? $15-mill. ? in florida, going at $20 - $25 mil..
These are homes he and his company have built for other people -- using THEIR ideas, wants, needs, concerns and what have you. I've seen two other videos of theirs that the primary bathrooms have wet rooms in them. We LOVE ours!!
Thank you for watching, Suzan! We built the home for clients who lived in the residence for several years, they just sold the home to the new owners for $10,700,000.
