I had the same issue I felt anxiety extremely physical or in my body even when emotionally or mentally I wasn’t anxious . And I used to love drinking coffee. Turns out caffeine causes that physical sense of anxiety even when you don’t feel anxious. It has to do with acid reflux. Cutting caffeine out of my diet has been extremely helpful.
