Bob had 3 weak games where he wasn't himself. McDavid also had 3 games with 0 points. If Bob didn't pull of that stellar performance for the first 3 games, the Panthers may not have won the season. It's also just kind of a sad trophy for McDavid, like it's a reminder that they didn't win. I wasn't mad that he won, just I think it should have been Bobrovsky

Never in the history of sport, has pressure been a mitigating factor. Good teams WANT pressure. A McDavid or a Draisaitl WANTS the game on their stick.

I see you're looking at Canucks as a lucky to be in playoffs, but they were rock solid the whole season, even without offense going they were still winning. They are playing a structured games, very resilient team that never gives up.

These 3 stooges definitely didnt look into Detroit’s goaltenders. Alex Lyon is pretty damn solid behind a porous defense. We need a lockdown defensemen. Wings have definitely taken the next step. There’s is an aura of confidence here. I think they could beat any team in a 7 game series.
We do too! We think they can, but we have a little more concern about Lyon with the chips on the table than some others. Rooting for the Wings no matter who they play.
What kind of take is this, we need a fourth/fifth goalie? Alex Lyon is ranked 16th overall at 2.69 gaa, not top ten but nowhere near the bottom. And more importantly Detroit wins with him.
