Answering that question is the hardest part of making this. The amount of milk (or water or whatever liquid) varies with the particular flour a person uses. Some flours absorb more water than others. Rather than targeting a certain amount of milk, target the consistency of the dough instead. Watch the video carefully to see how the dough should look. I realize that is not a very satisfactory answer, but after making bread for 50 years, it is the still the best answer. Experience making bread bread will tell you how much liquid, but that is tough for beginners because it is not very helpful. If possible, work with an experienced bread baker who can show you how to proceed. Good luck.
To some people, cilantro has a chemical taste, like soap suds. So if you taste this you can use a different herb. The egg looks creamy and buttery soft.
